Karoline has worked with commercial disputes, both in general courts and arbitration, for over fifteen years. Since 2020, Karoline conducts her business in her own boutique firm with offices at High Court in Malmö. Karoline acts as counsel and as an independent arbitrator, both in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations.

Karoline also handles diffeferent types of general business law matters, such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on general corporate law matters.

After graduating from Lund University in 2002, Karoline joined Mannheimer Swartling in 2005. . Mannheimer Swartling is a full service law firm with a front edge competence within all business law areas and is one of the leading business law firms in northern Europe. Between 2017 and 2020, Karoline worked as a lawyer and partner at MAQS Advokatbyrå.

Karoline assists clients in all stages of a dispute - from the early case assessments and claim letters to settlement negotations and proceedings before Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitral tribunals.
